They pretended they were buying a truck from me, Picked it up and wrote me a bad check for $48,000 ! It’s now been over a week and they refuse to pay me or give me my truck back ! Doug and Robert are professional Truck thieves ! They do it right in front of your face and you don’t even know it! Do not use this company unless you have a good lawyer ! Thank God I do !

Bought a used bell housing off eBay it came in damaged. Called out there zero issues zero delay quickly shipped out another one. This is the way business should be handled. They lost money on this deal but honored it. I will definitely be checking with them going forward

This place is a scam. Bought a motor from them didn’t fit my truck. Took it back to them and they were supposedly going to find me the right one. After a huge run around I asked for a refund. Was told in writing that they would give me a refund but never did. Took them to court and got a judgment against them but still no money.

Called on egr part# 3684707. Sales rep Jerry. I asked if egr valve was tested and in good working condition. That for sure was a lie over the phone conversation. Got installed on my truck to find out that check engine lite still on. If ur the business why sell junk parts. I could get the same effect on my old part. Nope but this place likes to take your money and waste your time. That's ok i disputed the charge on my credit card. But also wanted the buyers beware of service at this location.

Be careful !!! I bought a used engine for $8300 from West Side Truck Parts LLC that was supposed to be a good working engine per West Side Truck Parts LLC guarantee. The engine was installed by a professional mechanic and turned out to be a not working engine. I contacted West Side Truck Parts LLC to ask for a refund. Per agreement I returned the engine back to West Side Truck Parts LLC at own cost, but never received a refund. I contacted West Side Truck Parts LLC many time over past few month, the owner David was always busy and never returned any calls or when he did promised to resolve this problem but than never called back. I hired an attorney who also attempted many called, but also could not resolve this problem. AT this time West Side Truck Parts LLC ignores all calls from me and my attorney , the person at front desk either hangs up, or puts me on  hold and never picks up the phone again. I will keep fighting for my money .
